Training plan templates receive a system and/or your system upon creation. This gives you an opportunity to coordinate their content. For example, a starter programme at your studio can always lay out a “safe” equipment plan, advancing to cable pulls and free weights step-by-step. If you also name these plans accordingly (e.g. beginner, level 1 – 5), then the trainer’s task becomes easier and progress is guaranteed. And every template plan can be customised very swiftly.
